Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 whole wheat tortilla (50g)
- 60g sliced turkey breast (cooked)
- 30g lettuce (2 leaves)
- 30g tomato (2 slices)
- 20g hummus (1 tbsp)
- 10g shredded carrot (1 tbsp, optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Spread hummus on tortilla. Layer turkey, lettuce, tomato, and carrot.
- Season with salt and pepper. Roll up tightly and slice in half.
