Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients (2 servings):

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion, add turkey, cook until browned. Stir in rice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. Stuff peppers with mixture. Place in baking dish, cover with foil, and bake 30–35 min. Remove foil and bake 10 min more.
