Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 large bell peppers
- 100g cooked rice
- 100g ground turkey (or chicken)
- 60g onion (diced)
- 100g tomato sauce
- 10g olive oil (2 tsp)
- Salt, pepper, herbs to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
- Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion, add turkey, cook until browned. Stir in rice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Stuff peppers with mixture. Place in baking dish, cover with foil, and bake 30–35 min. Remove foil and bake 10 min more.
