Rice Pudding
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 60g short-grain rice (1/3 cup)
- 300ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 20g honey or sugar (1 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
- Combine rice and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20-25 min, stirring often.
- Add honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Cook 5 min more until creamy.
- Serve warm or chilled.
