Ingredients (1 serving):

- 30g cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 20g cucumber (diced)
- 10g feta cheese (crumbled, optional)
- 5ml olive oil (1 tsp)
- 5ml lemon juice (1 tsp)
- Salt, pepper, herbs to taste
Preparation:
- Combine quinoa, tomatoes, cucumber, and feta in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs. Toss and serve.
