Oatmeal with Berries
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 40g rolled oats (½ cup)
- 240ml milk (or water, 1 cup)
- 35g mixed berries (¼ cup, fresh or frozen: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 10g Greek yogurt (2 tbsp, plain or vanilla)
- 5g sunflower seeds (1 tbsp)
- 2g orange zest (1 tsp, optional)
- 2g vanilla extract (½ tsp, optional)
- Pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Combine oats and milk (or water) in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH for 2.5–3 minutes, or cook on the stove until creamy.
- Stir in orange zest, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
- Top with berries and Greek yogurt.
- Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Add extra orange zest if desired.
- Enjoy warm!
