Ingredients (1 serving):

Preparation:

  1. Combine oats and milk (or water) in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 2.5–3 minutes, or cook on the stove until creamy.
  3. Stir in orange zest, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Top with berries and Greek yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Add extra orange zest if desired.
