Ingredients (1 serving):
- 120g salmon fillet
- 5ml olive oil (1 tsp)
- 5ml lemon juice (1 tsp)
- Salt, pepper, herbs to taste
- 60g steamed broccoli (1 cup, for garnish)
Preparation:
- Brush salmon with oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Grill 3–4 min per side until cooked through. Serve with steamed broccoli.
