Ingredients (1 serving):
- 100g grilled chicken breast (sliced)
- 60g mixed greens (2 cups)
- 50g cherry tomatoes (5–6 pcs, halved)
- 30g cucumber (1/4 medium, sliced)
- 20g red onion (thinly sliced, optional)
- 15ml olive oil (1 tbsp)
- 10ml balsamic vinegar (2 tsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Grill chicken breast and slice.
- In a bowl, combine greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
- Top with chicken. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Toss and serve.
