Green Smoothie
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 50g spinach (2 cups, fresh)
- 1 small banana (100g)
- 60g mixed berries (½ cup, fresh or frozen)
- 120ml almond milk (½ cup, or other milk)
- 5g chia seeds (1 tsp, optional)
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
