Ingredients (1 serving):
- 40g spinach (1 cup, fresh)
- 1 small banana (80g, sliced)
- 1 small apple (100g, cored and chopped)
- 120ml water or almond milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
