Ingredients (1 serving):
- 150g Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 40g granola (about 1/3 cup)
- 60g mixed berries (about 1/2 cup, fresh or frozen)
- 10g honey (2 tsp, optional)
Preparation:
- In a glass or bowl, layer half the yogurt, then half the granola and berries.
- Repeat layers with remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
