Ingredients (1 serving):
- 200ml almond milk (or other milk)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of black pepper
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring, until hot but not boiling.
- Pour into a mug and serve warm.
