Ingredients (2 servings):
- 200g Greek yogurt (plain, low-fat)
- 60g granola
- 100g mixed fresh fruit (berries, banana, kiwi, etc.)
- 10g honey (2 tsp, optional)
Preparation:
- Layer half the yogurt in two glasses. Add a layer of fruit, then granola. Repeat layers.
- Drizzle with honey if desired. Serve immediately.
