Energy Balls
Ingredients (10 balls):
- 80g rolled oats (1 cup)
- 60g peanut butter (1/4 cup)
- 30g honey or maple syrup (1.5 tbsp)
- 20g chia seeds or flaxseed (2 tbsp)
- 20g dark chocolate chips (2 tbsp, optional)
- 10g sunflower seeds (1 tbsp, optional)
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll into 10 balls. Chill in fridge for 30 min before serving.
