- 1 small banana (80g, sliced)
- 200ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (7g)
- 1 tsp honey or sweetener (optional)
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
