Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 1 ripe avocado (about 150g, peeled and pitted)
- 20g unsweetened cocoa powder (2 tbsp)
- 30g honey or maple syrup (1.5 tbsp)
- 40ml almond milk (or other plant milk)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Chill for 30 min before serving. Optionally top with berries.
