Ingredients (2 servings):
- 30g chia seeds (3 tbsp)
- 200ml almond milk (or other plant milk)
- 10g honey or maple syrup (2 tsp, optional)
- 40g mixed berries (for topping)
Preparation:
- Mix chia seeds, milk, and honey in a bowl. Stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
- Top with berries before serving.
