Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients (6 muffins):

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk egg, mashed bananas, honey, and milk. Combine with dry ingredients. Fold in nuts.
  4. Divide batter among muffin cups. Bake 20–25 min until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
