Ingredients (2 servings):
- 200g mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 20g honey or maple syrup (1 tbsp)
- 40g rolled oats (1/2 cup)
- 20g almond flour (2 tbsp)
- 10g coconut oil (2 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place berries in a small baking dish and drizzle with honey.
- Mix oats, almond flour, coconut oil, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over berries.
- Bake for 20-25 min until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
