Beef Stew

Ingredients (2 servings):

Preparation:

  1. Heat oil in a pot. Brown beef on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion, carrot, and garlic 2–3 min. Add potatoes, peas, and beef back to the pot.
  3. Add broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 40–50 min until beef is tender. Season and serve.
