Banana Pancakes
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 1 ripe banana (120g)
- 2 large eggs (100g)
- 60g whole wheat flour (½ cup)
- 60ml milk (¼ cup)
- 5g baking powder (1 tsp)
- 5g olive oil (1 tsp, for frying)
- Pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Mash banana in a bowl. Add eggs, milk, and mix well.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Heat oil in a pan. Pour small rounds of batter and cook 2–3 min per side until golden.
