Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 ripe bananas (about 200g, sliced and frozen)
- 20ml almond milk (or other plant milk, 1 tbsp, optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation:
- Blend frozen banana slices in a food processor until creamy. Add milk and vanilla if desired.
- Serve immediately as soft-serve or freeze for 1 hour for a firmer texture.
