Baked Cod
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 cod fillets (120g each)
- 10ml olive oil (2 tsp)
- 10ml lemon juice (2 tsp)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt, pepper, herbs to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Place cod fillets in a baking dish.
- Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs. Pour over fish.
- Bake 15–18 min until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve hot.
