Baked Blueberry Oatmeal
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 80g rolled oats (1 cup)
- 200ml milk (3/4 cup)
- 1 large egg (50g)
- 60g blueberries (1/2 cup, fresh or frozen)
- 20g honey or maple syrup (1 tbsp)
- 5g baking powder (1 tsp)
- 1g cinnamon (1/4 tsp)
- Pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a small baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and honey. Combine with dry ingredients.
- Fold in blueberries. Pour mixture into baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 min until set and golden. Serve warm.
