Apple Crumble
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 medium apples (about 200g, peeled and sliced)
- 20g honey or maple syrup (1 tbsp)
- 40g rolled oats (1/2 cup)
- 20g almond flour (2 tbsp)
- 10g coconut oil (2 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place apples in a small baking dish and drizzle with honey.
- Mix oats, almond flour, coconut oil, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake for 25-30 min until golden and apples are soft. Serve warm.
